Article 1: Role of EPM
EPM is not a broker, agent, manufacturer's representative, or distributor. The platform's role is strictly limited to providing the digital infrastructure for professional Users to connect. EPM does not handle, inspect, or take possession of any goods.
Article 2: Offer and Quotation Integrity
All sales offers and purchase requests (RFQs) must be made in good faith. Users are prohibited from market manipulation, such as posting fraudulent high-volume requests to gauge pricing or posting non-existent stock to disrupt supply channels.
Article 3: Transaction Process
The formation of a contract, issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI), payment terms, shipping (Incoterms), warranty, and quality assurance are the sole responsibility of the buying and selling Users. EPM provides tools to facilitate this process (e.g., PI generation button), but does not guarantee the performance of any party.
Article 4: Due Diligence
It is the absolute responsibility of each User to conduct their own comprehensive due diligence on any potential counterparty. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying company legitimacy, financial stability, trade references, and product quality certifications (e.g., ISO, AS9120). EPM does not vet or endorse any User. Relying solely on platform-provided information is done at the User's own risk.
