Registering on EPM is a straightforward process designed for business professionals. Please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Registration Page: Click on the "Register" button in the main menu or go directly to the registration page.
- Fill in Your Details: Provide your personal information such as your name, email, and mobile phone number. You will also need to create a secure password for your account.

Provide Company Information: Our platform is exclusively for businesses. You must provide your company's official name and details. You will be required to upload:
- Company Logo: A clear image of your company logo (in .webp format, max 10KB).
- Company License: A copy of your business license to verify your company (in .webp format, max 50KB).
Important: Individual users without an associated, verifiable company cannot register on the platform. - Accept Agreements: You must read and accept our Terms of Service and other required agreements to proceed.
- Submit for Approval: Once you submit your registration, your application will be reviewed by the EPM admin team. You will be notified by email once your account is approved and activated.
Accessing your account is simple and secure. Here's how:
- Go to the Login Page: Click the "Login" button from the main menu.
- Enter Your Credentials: Type in the email address and password you used during registration.
- "Remember Me" Option: If you are using a trusted, private computer, you can check the "Remember Me" box. This will keep you logged in for 30 days, so you won't need to enter your password every time you visit.
- Access Your Dashboard: After successful login, you will be redirected to your personal dashboard. If you encounter any issues, please use the "Password Recovery" option.
If you've forgotten your password, you can securely reset it by following our multi-step recovery process:
- Start the Process: Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Password?" or "Password Recovery" link.
- Step 1: Account Verification: You must enter both your registered **email address** and **mobile phone number**. This two-factor verification ensures that only you can start the recovery process for your account.
- Step 2: Accept Agreements: The system will check if you have accepted all the latest platform agreements. If not, you will be prompted to review and accept them before you can continue.
- Step 3: Set New Password: Once your identity and account status are verified, you will be taken to the final step where you can create a new, secure password.
- Login Automatically: After successfully setting your new password, your account will be activated, and you will be logged in to the platform immediately.
